Sean Ross AKA SRM has been producing for only a little
over 1 year and is now one of the fastest rising producers
in the game. At the age of only 14 he's produced for
G Unit member Lloyd Banks,
and has produced for
Wu Tang Clan member Cappadonna.
He has over 400,000 plays and 80,000 page views on his main website, and is expanding every day by the hundreds. But even through the quick changes of credibility throughout his short career, he stays humble, because he knows where his place is at.
When asked how it feels to be one of the fastest rising producers out, he said "I'm still nothing right now, and even though I'm out on a few albums, I'm still absolutely nothing compared to Dr Dre or Just Blaze. The way I see it is that right now im not as good as I've put my expectations, so until i reach those I'm not gonna be talkin any shit."
"Growing up in San Luis Obispo, California is not hard life"
He said when asked what type of environment he grew up in.
"There's a couple gangs, but most of 'em are fake. I live in a middle-class neighborhood, nothing close to a ghetto. And because everyone knows everybody around here everyone gets along."
Armed with nothing but Pro Tools, a Mac, and a Roland Juno-G keyboard, "SRM" will soon be known as a credible producer. As to when he will hit big only time will tell, so for right now he'll just go to school, play basketball, and wait for his time to come.
